Great Article by Street Democracy
WHEN EXPOSING A CRIME IS TREATED LIKE COMMITTING A CRIME,
YOU ARE RULED BY CRIMINALS.
To decapitate the minds of the people is to destroy freedom of speech, freedom of information and freedom of expression when it comes to hidden agendas by the ruling establishments that govern our lives and hold the fate of this planet. To threaten people with their lives if they speak out against tyranny, against evil or wrong doing, against corruption no matter who is involved, is rules from the highest of psychopathic oligarchical controlling system to impose the heaviest of sanctions upon our freedoms. Employees have a moral obligation to protect their fellow human beings. It is a criminal act by itself to allow a corrupt corporation or military or governmental institute of some kind and turn a blind eye to it.
We witness the unleashing of a unapologetic repression of critical thought, and when an ordinary man or woman speaks out against criminal activity a corporation may be guilty of, and that the public have a right to know, is shut down, we know the decapitation is beginning.
As people we all share commonality of living on this planet, sharing the atmosphere and living.
We have a moral duty to protect against tyranny, a dictatorship, toxic ruler’s or ruthless thugs whether they wear suits and lead our economy or government or some sleazy back street operation or major institute like a corporation, we must stand together and unite against the dark.
Our ruling leaders are overtly hostile to ‘whistle blowers’ and deeply aggressive to any ‘investigative journalist’ who finds out. This is the emerging ‘gulag state’ of which the UK is one giant detention centre and so is the rest of the global state.
‘President Obama claims the right to extrajudicially execute American citizens, keeps a so-called “kill list,” and has bragged he’s “really good at killing people.” This isn’t bluster. Obama has backed this up with action, having killed U.S. citizens — including a 16-year-old boy – without charging, much less convicting, any of them with a single crime.
The implications are profound (and profoundly disturbing), and raise questions about Americans’ constitutional right to due process, the most basic constraints on presidential power, and our treatment of whistleblowers. Indeed, how can anyone expect those who witness executive-branch crimes to blow the whistle when the head of the executive branch asserts the right to instantly execute anyone he pleases at any time?’

ABOLISHING INCOME TAX FOR INDIVIDUALS AND CORPORATES IN AZ:
According to The Economic Impact of Eliminating the Income Tax in Arizona
By Debra Roubik, Chief Economist Vision Econ;
By the year 2016, eliminating the income tax would lead to a 42 percent increase in personal income above what may be expected under the present system. By that same year, 606,400 more jobs would be created. More importantly, more jobs would be created in sectors with annual wages that are higher than the statewide average. By increasing this proportion of high-paying jobs, Arizona’s economy would be liberated from the stranglehold that low-paying service and retail jobs currently possess.
The tables included in this report illustrate that more jobs—and better-paying jobs—will lead to more revenue being collected through the sales tax. It estimates that, after the phase-in period, the annual net loss in revenue over the next 16 years would average 20 percent from a status quo baseline (which, of course, is expected to grow anyway.) Net revenue never experiences a year-to-year decline.

TRANSPARENCY HIDING BEHIND DIRTY SECRETS
I support “Truth in Spending” legislation that would require the Governor and Legislature to notify the public via news release whenever they propose a state budget that would increase state spending faster than the projected rate of increase of Arizona’s economy, as projected by the Economic Estimates Commission.
• Transparency & Responsibility of Elected Officials - Explore every option to reduce expenditures, increase revenue and insist on true transparency while holding every elected official accountable for their actions.
OBAMACARE: The President and his allies in Congress have said that the health care debate is over, although thats what they said from day one. What they really meant was it was over as far as we are concerned because we'd never get a say in it. He did the same thing when it was proven he is not qualified to be our President, because obtained the office by lying and committing Fraud against the people- So how do you think this fraudulent President and his allies in Congress responded when questioned about the fake birth certificate and of his social security number belonging to a dead person? They said: That was along time ago, we're past that. Lets move on. • Transparency & Responsibility of Elected Officials - Explore every option to reduce expenditures, increase revenue and insist on true transparency while holding every elected official accountable for their actions.
I want to make it mandatory that all elected official be held accountable and required to answer to the people with respect to the decisions made on their behalf. The "no comment", joking it off as they walk away, or answering question with another question can no longer be accepted. We need to show them that their conduct will no longer be tolerated and demand harsh actions if they continue. Its NO MORE, NO LESS than they constantly demand of us. THEY WORK FOR US! NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND! Its about time they remember that.

FIGHT BIG GOVERNMENT: The only effective way to control power is to do it as our Founders did- by separating it. The result will be overlapping authority, power shifting to different institutions over time,, and often compromised policy. But, that is why the Founders only gave the National Government a limited number of things to do. It worked reasonably until progressivism centralized power in Washington and ended up tying national policy in red tape. Today, the nation’s top public administration professor, Paul Light of New York University, concludes its suffocating bureaucratization does not allow the Feds to faithfully execute its laws.
Abstract claims of unconstitutionality, confiscatory taxes, destructive policy, fiscal or moral bankruptcy, excessive bureaucracy and the rest, cannot be solved simply by claiming rights. Only politics can make change. The progressive plan seems to have tied itself in knots but a modern alternative committed to the original idea of a limited national government and returning powers to the states and people are still inchoate. But a new Senate and president could change things dramatically, utilizing the real Constitution in the way its Founders intended it and expected it to work.

DARK MONEY OUT OF POLITICS:
Teri chose to run without any corporate Campaign funding in hopes to prove her point. Its about empowering poor and disenfranchised voters — people whose voices often go unheard amid the flood of wealthy political action groups that are exacting ever-growing influence over American Politics.
These organizations are aided in part by the 2010 U.S. Supreme Court decision Citizens United v. FEC, which loosened restrictions that had long prohibited corporations from spending large sums money to impact elections. She argues that the influence of big money in politics drowns out the concerns of regular Americans.
"Money doesn't convey truth. Everyone should be able to use their voice. Everybody should be able to come to the floor. Dark money lines the pockets of a Lawmaker so that he will rent them the floor. Thing is, the Lawmakers do not own the floor, never have. The people own the floor. These Lawmakers are renting out the floor you own, pocketing all the money he made on your floor as payment to push the dark money criminals agendas through. Agendas obviously pushed to make them tons of money so they can do it all over again. You not only failed to see any benefit in the rental of your floor, they just pasted a bill that makes it illegal for people to own floors, giving ownership rights over all floors to the corporations using words like "continuity" and "sustainability" used to line pockets so to push their agendas, making them money. But you can't buy the table — sorry, it’s wrong.”
These are excerpts from the "Nuns on a Bus" Group traveling across America to advocate society support to eliminate dark money from politics.
- Campbell also noted that she and several groups of nuns plan on personally seeking out unlikely voters during the tour, knocking on doors and joining up with local organizations that work to boost turnout within impoverished communities. She said the goal was to advocate for a society that supports “the 100 percent,” and that she was originally inspired to take to the road after she saw a poll earlier this year reporting that the majority of Americans weren't even aware of the midterm elections in November.
- “So many people are so depressed and beaten down by the our society,” Campbell said. “Our [materials] are in English and Spanish. We want to make those who feel most depressed, most isolated, most pushed out … Feel needed in our society.”
- The bus tour does not endorse one specific political party, but it does appear to be targeted towards activating voters in states with close Senate races — especially those that are being influenced by massive influxes of outside money, such as Louisiana, Colorado, North Carolina, and Iowa. Simone specifically criticized the role the Koch brothers have played in Iowa’s Senate battle, where the two conservative billionaires have used a combination of personal donations and political organizations such as Americans for Prosperity to spend around $7 million in support of Republican Senate candidate Joni Ernst. Unlike her opponent Bruce Braley — who has proposed raising Iowa’s minimum wage to $10.10 an hour — Ernst has endorsed a shockingly low $7.25 minimum wage for the state and has been accused of opposing a federal minimum wage.
- “Here in Iowa…One of the candidates wants to raise the minimum wage. The other thinks the minimum wage should be done away with altogether,” Campbell said, referencing Ernst. “These choices are important.”
- Campbell and her fellow nuns are part of a long history of Catholics advocating for social justice within the United States. Their particular concern for the impoverished, for instance, is an ancient Christian belief that has seen something of a resurgence in recent years, aided in part by the rise of Pope Francis, who has made caring for the poor a central element of his papacy. Francis, the nuns, and many other Catholics are guided by Catholic Social Teaching, which insists on a preferential “option for the poor” as expressed in Matthew 25:45, where Jesus declares, “whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.”
- In fact, this isn’t the first time Campbell and NETWORK have sought to advocate for “the least of these” — the new bus tour is actually their third cross-country romp in as many years. The original “Nuns On The Bus” outing occurred in 2012, when Campbell traveled to nine states across the Midwest to raise awareness about income inequality and blast then-Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan’s (R-WI) budget plan because it threatened to slash social programs that help the poor. NETWORK went on to launch another bus trip to help galvanize support for immigration reform in 2013, and Campbell’s star has only continued to rise: since the first tour, Simone has delivered an address during prime time at the 2012 Democratic National Convention, testified before Congress on the need to protect government programs such as Head Start, and published a book entitled “A Nun on the Bus: How All of Us Can Create Hope, Change, and Community.”
- But as the influence of NETWORK and Campbell has grown, so too has criticism of their actions — primarily from within the Catholic church. Nuns are actually more popular than bishops or priests in the United States, and their activism played a key role in helping pass the Affordable Care Act in 2010, which the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops publicly opposed. But their advocacy has rubbed many in the Catholic hierarchy the wrong way: Campbell and the Leadership Conference of Women Religious (LCWR), a group that represents most U.S. sisters, were put under investigation by the Vatican in 2012 for supposedly spending to much time on social justice work and not enough time defending church doctrine on abortion and homosexuality. There was some hope that Pope Francis would call off the inquiry when he ascended to the papacy last year, but he reaffirmed the investigation in April 2013.
- Still, Campbell insists that the new bus tour is bigger than Catholicism. The dangers of money in politics, she argues, should be understood by all Americans, not just Catholics or other people of faith.
- “I do this because of faith, but we don’t all have to do it because of that,” Campbell said. “We do it because of the Constitution.”

IMMIGRATION REFORM
- IMMIGRATION: Instead of worrying so much about Illegal Immigration because its Illegal! And we need to start worrying more about Legal Immigration. I am in support of Immigration as long as it is done legally. It is Unfair and Irresponsible to open the borders up as Obama did. As instructed, the mainstream media focused on the "children" in hopes to get support to enforce the 2005 North American Union and the dropping of borers a plan for their New World Order. Since mainstream media no longer reports actual news, what you didn't hear much about was the criminal elements charged with extreme crimes that came over; or the infestation of bed bugs that started an epidemic in Hospitals and Doctors offices; the number of children that came over with Tuberculosis which is not only highly contagious, but we foot the bill to hospitalize them all. Its these kinds of issues that keep the borders up in the first place, and why its important the if there is any kind of reform done- its on Legal Immigration Reform and not Illegal. Illegal is just that. Whether you are for or opposed to the border issues- the first priority should always be the best interest of the American Peoples health, safely, and ability to support and care for the "Legal" Immigrants. Most do not have an issue with Immigration, providing a system is legal followed. Just opening the borders to whatever elements that wants to come over, especially since the Obama administration claims ISIS was at the border coming into America is the real issue at hand. Not those that want to have a better life in America.
- ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION:
I apologise in advance for any errors that occur due to its reformatting.
"Illegal Alien": The Proper Terminology Under federal law, any non-U.S. citizen is an alien. Aliens who have entered the United States without permission, or who have violated the terms of theiradmission , are identified under the law as illegal aliens. That is a fact, not an issue for debate.Misrepresenting Wage Gains for 1986 Amnesty Recipients: The Center for American Progress Distorts Data to Fit Their Amnesty Agenda The presentation of theDepartment of Labor (DOL) survey is based on a misreading of the data because Hinojosa and others are making the argument that amnesty will raise the "wage floor" for the average illegal alien. What the DOL survey actually revealed was that the earnings of those 1986 amnesty recipients who were younger, better educated, spoke English well, were earning better than average wages before amnesty -- indicating higher levels ofjob skills -- and were not from Mexico, continued to outpace the earnings of those who did not fit this profile.Temporary Protected Status (2013)Illegal aliens get work permits under Temporary Protected StatusAnalysis of Claims of an Economic Benefit from Amnesty FAIR responses to the Center for American Progress (CAP) claims on economic benefit from Amnesty.Illegal Aliens Who Pay Taxes May Claim Tax Credits (2013) Organizations such as the Center for American Progress (CAP) and the Immigration Policy Center (IPC) have mounted a campaign to convince lawmakers that amnesty for the nearly 12 million illegal alien residents is justified on economic grounds. FAIR's analysis of the IPC's claim that illegal aliens are an important source of tax revenue exposes the underlying false assumptions used to assert that illegal alien workers already pay a fair share of taxes and would pay even more if they gained legal status. Would the Dreamer Amnesty Benefit the Economy? (2013) The DREAM Act is Not Justified as an Economic BoonThe DREAM Act is a limited amnesty provision designed to further the eventual adoption of a general amnesty. The argument that the measure would benefit the economy is a distraction from the massive fiscal costs of the full-scale amnesty for which it would be a precursor. Further, the research that suggests the DREAM Act would result in a large economic benefit is based on unrealistic assumptions and flawed analysis. Only in passing do the researchers who assert the economic benefit of adoption of the DREAM Act note that their analysis fails to consider any offsetting fiscal costs. Flawed Claims of Improved Earnings of Amnestied Aliens (2013) Organizations such as the Center for American Progress (CAP) have mounted a campaign to convince lawmakers that amnesty for the nearly 12 million illegal alien residents is justified on economic grounds. FAIR's analysis of one of the principal research studies relied on by CAP finds that the research misunderstands or misrepresents the results of survey data obtained from beneficiaries of the 1986 amnesty. Rather than the reported finding of economic progress by the amnesty recipients, the survey data reveal economic progress for only a minority of the amnesty beneficiaries and economic slippage for the majority of beneficiaries. Local Immigration Enforcement (2013 )State and local efforts can make a difference Illegal Aliens Taking U.S. Jobs (2013) FAIR estimates that roughly 8.5 million illegal immigrants have taken jobs away from Americans. Read the 2013 brief to see what states and sectors are affected the most.US Mexico Border Fence and Patrol Operations (2013)Is the border secure? Read FAIR's brief on border fence & patrol operations to see recent statistics on illegal crossings from Mexico.Illegal Immigration is a Crime (2013)Legal proscriptions against aiding and abetting etc.Demographics of the Illegal Alien Population (2013)Based on two studies mandated by Congress, the 1986 Immigration Reform and Control Act provided two studies in 1992 and 1996 of the demographics of illegal immigration.Congressional Seats and Federal Outlays (2013)Giving weight to illegal aliensAmnesty: Breaking the Social Security Bank (2012)With the looming crisis of Social Security going bankrupt in the coming decades, how would the additional burden of amnesty affect the Social Security Trust Fund?Criminal Aliens (2012)Criminal aliens are a growing threat to public safety and national security, as well as a drain on our scarcecriminal justice resources.Section 245(i): "Adjustment of Status" (2011)An amnesty provision tested and discreditedHow Many Illegal Immigrants? (2011)FAIR estimates that in 2010 the illegal alien population is about 12 million persons. Government and academic estimates estimate that population at about 11 million. The Truth About Employment-Based Immigration (2011)Although big business likes to claim that our present high level of immigration is necessary for its survival and the robustness of our economy, the fact is that only a small fraction of today's million plus newgreen cards issued annually go to highly-skilled workers. How did Illegal Aliens Arrive: Without Inspection or With Visas? (2011)Illegal aliens are divided into two categories; those who crossed the border illegally and those who entered with visas as nonimmigrants and stayed illegally.Immigration and Big Labor (2010)Over eleven million Americans are out of work and millions more are in danger of losing their jobs. One would think that, at this time, American labor unions would be stepping up to protect American workers, but just the opposite is occurring. Right now the largest labor unions in the U.S. are lobbying Congress to grant amnesty to millions of illegal workers, to stop enforcing laws against employers who hire illegal workers, and to keep up the flow of millions more foreign workers.Department of Homeland Security's Non-Enforcement Policy (2010)A series of policy changes announced by the Department of Homeland Security in 2010 demonstrate that the Obama administration is implementing a stealth amnesty - halting deportation of illegal aliens - for persons it hopes to benefit in the future with a permanent amnesty. This policy triggered a "vote of no confidence" by the professional employees of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency.Birthright Citizenship (2010)The term "birthright citizenship" refers to the current practice of considering children born in the United States to automatically acquire U.S. citizenship. This issue is also commonly termed the "anchor baby" issue.State and Local Cooperation on Immigration Enforcement: ICE Access (2010)There are several programs that currently facilitate cooperation between the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and state and local law enforcement agencies. Most of these programs managed by DHS's Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) branch are grouped under the rubric of ICE Access. The ICE Access programs most often in the news are Secure Communities and 287(g).The Push For Amnesty For Illegal Aliens (2010)Review some of the common talking points from pro-amnesty advocates and their argument doesn't work.Interior Immigration Enforcement - Musical Chairs (2009)The Obama Administration has launched a new worksite enforcement policy that ostensibly is aimed at employers and avoids the arrests of illegal workers that was an integral aspect of previous enforcement efforts. This new policy likely will have the effect of undermining any effective prosecution of employers for deliberately hiring illegal alien workers and leave the illegal workers free to seek a new job.Paving the Road to Amnesty (2009)As President Obama closes the books on his first year in office, his record, as opposed to his rhetoric, now defines his political agenda. During 2009, President Obama's record on immigration policy points to certain inescapable conclusions.
